Is there a way to lower the video resolution? The box is on a pretty slow and unreliable connection and 1080p stream is stuttering all the time.
You need to set the lower resolution on your target host (that is what controls the resolution sent to the PiKVM) to 1280x720 at 60Hz or 50Hz and the PiKVM will accept that lower resolution. The v3 systems can only accept 1080p at 50Hz while the v4 can do 1080p at 60Hz.
I don’t know that there is documentation for tuning for slow connections, but you can check in Discord and see whether specific settings for the mjpeg vs h.264 are recommended.
