Power connector for Dell Precision 5860 Tower

I am using the PiKVM V4 Plus on a Dell Precision 5860. It doesn’t appear to have an ATX connection for the front panel lights, etc, but it does have a “PWR REMOTE” two pin connector on the motherboard. Does anyone know anything about this? Can I connect the power switch ATX wires to these pins to get it to turn the system on/off? Does anyone know anywhere I can get more information on this connector? The Dell website wasn’t helpful (the most I could find is that this socket is called “PWR REMOTE” and is the “power remote” connection…)

Thanks!

That connector should do exactly what you are hoping, and while you won’t have a direct reset, the PiKVM can do the long hold for a full power off.
