PIKVM V4 mini not working on all fronts

Hello,

My tailscale went down a week back - working fine three days prior, I done PiKVM updates, tailscale update nothing worked. I went to remove tailscale and when I rebooted I couldn’t connect via lan again.

All lights are green on device - IPV4 is showing on my device ( I can’t connect). I’ve checked zenmap to see if port is open only ssh is open on 22. I tried connecting to ssh via cmd prompt it says connection time out. I’ve then tried connecting via serial but following the instructions when I click enter on putty I just here a windows noise. I’m not sure if this is hardware issue or what at this time but I’m really confused. Should I reflash the SSD? I can’t think of anything else.

Hi update I checked other post @root has worked for ssh what should I do now to ensure I can connect via lan.

Hi @ricowp , and welcome to the forum.

You should start with reflashing your device.

Reboot, wait 10-15 minutes, and run pikvm-update. Please report back if this has solved the problem or you are still having issues.

Thanks Nick! It worked after I reflashed SD! Something obviously must of just got corrupted right?

Unless you have something changed in your device configuration, that’s the only option, however unlikely it is.
