Lost connection after power outage and unable to connect even after OS reflashed

My PiKVM lost its wired ethernet connection after power outage over the weekend. OLED not showing IP address. Disconnected and re-connected the power still the same. Downloaded and re-flashed the OS with file from this link:

Still not showing IP on OLED and on my router it’s showing offline. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like the device is pulling an IPv6 address and not an IPv4 one. Are you able to log into your router and view the DHCP leases info? It almost seems like your modem/router is handing out only IPv6 IPs.

I turned off IPv6 on my router and rebooted the system. It works now! Thanks for the help!
