I came to this thread hoping it was related to my experience, but that said - can I ask why you are considering the PiKVM over what you had?
I looked up your alternative KVM solution, and found another one over at Amazon.
I’m personally thinking of switching, but what features does the PiKVM have that this/these other ones do not?
I acknowledge this is off-topic, but users helping users is never a bad thing.
